Your seated ticket gives you entry to the concert on the designated day. You will be issued with a seat reservation upon booking.
Please note that all seating is flat.
Rows with a double letter e.g. AA-BB are not situated towards the front of the block (the front row of each block is labelled row A) and instead begin after rows A-Z.
Blocks A1 & A3 are on an angle facing towards the stage.
Please be advised that people around you may stand during the performance.
The box office will be open on each show day from 2pm until 9pm.
Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the show from 2pm at the Box Office which is located within the Old Royal Naval College grounds and is the dedicated Greenwich Music Time Box office.

Absolutely! Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather if the conditions become dangerous. However, you cannot bring an umbrella, so please dress appropriately.

Yes, a dedicated wheelchair area is available on all days, however, space is limited so early booking is essential. A free carer ticket is given with every purchased disabled ticket.

Yes, but please try to bring a bag no larger than an A4 piece of paper. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can to speed up your entry to the concert.

Unfortunately, no food or drink is allowed into the arena. There are however a number of food concessions offering a variety of products.

Entrance Via the West Gate. Once you get the West Gate of the Old Royal Naval College (next to the Cutty Sark) the event arena gate is a straight walk ahead approximately 150 metres walk.
The nearest train station is CUTTY SARK on the DLR. The Old Royal Naval College is a short walk from the Cutty Sark Station, approximately 1 minute.
