Tickets will be available to collect on the day of the show from 10am at the Box Office which is located within the Old Royal Naval College grounds and is the dedicated Greenwich Music Time Box office.
Tickets are delivered on the day of the show to the box office, so we are unable to offer collections in advance of the show. We do however have a limited number of tickets for each day that we can sell from the box office. The box office is open from 10am for ticket sales and for collection from 1pm. The box office closes at 9pm when the main act goes on stage.
Gates will open at 6:00pm with entertainment from 7:00pm.
Two tickets will still be required to purchase should you require a carer. For specific requirements with regards to seat location, for example an end of aisle request, please contact Ticketmaster on 0800 988 4440

Yes, Greenwich Music Time is a fully seated show. Seats will be allocated upon booking.
Yes, a dedicated wheelchair area is available on all days, however, space is limited so early booking is essential. A free carer ticket is given with every purchased disabled ticket.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket.
Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted as they obscure the view for others.
Yes, the concert will go ahead in the rain so please come prepared. Concerts are only ever canceled if the weather conditions make it dangerous.

Yes the event is outdoor, situated in between the two magnificent Old Royal Naval College buildings, overlooking the Thames, backlit by the wonderful Canary Wharf.

Once you get to the West Gate of the Old Royal Naval College (next to the Cutty Sark) the event arena gate is a straight walk ahead approximately 150 metres walk.
TRAIN: The nearest train station is CUTTY SARK on the DLR. The Old Royal Naval College is a short walk from the Cutty Sark Station, approximately 1 minute.

Unfortunately, no food or drink is allowed into the arena. There are however a number of food concessions offering a variety of products.
If you have a medical condition such as Diabetes then a doctor’s note will permit diet-specific food and drink only.

Yes, due to recent changes in legislation it is now an offence to bring flares, fireworks and smoke bombs or similar at an outdoor event. All items will be confiscated and passed on to the Police to deal with further.
